On Thursday, the special counsel investigating President Joe Biden’s classified documents case came out with a scathing report—saying, among other things, that despite President Biden willfully keeping these classified documents, a jury will not find him guilty because his memory has just gotten so bad due to old age.
What’s truly interesting about this report is that, despite the legacy news outlets already jumping up with article after article about how this case is so much different from former President Donald Trump’s, there are actually a lot of similarities between the cases.
Perhaps the biggest difference was simply that President Trump was charged, while President Biden was not.

Jack Smith Demands Twitter Info on All Americans Who Interacted With Trump | Facts Matter
According to a heavily redacted search warrant and other documents released earlier this week, Special Counsel Jack Smith demanded information on Twitter users who liked or retweeted President Trump’s tweets leading up to January 6th.
Twitter ultimately complied.
This means that if you interacted with President Trump’s Twitter account before he got kicked off — well, your name is literally on a list.
