Police Versus Homeless Camps: Supreme Court’s Pivotal Decision | Facts Matter

In a monumental ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court, local governments are now, once again, allowed to prosecute homeless people for sleeping on public property.

This ruling officially closed a major loophole that led to large enclaves of homeless encampments in American cities.
