By doing so, Biden may have misled the media and helped to suppress sensitive information that could have changed the outcome of the election.
The alleged scandal could also involve tax crimes tied to Hunter Biden, and both President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland are facing accusations that could find them swept up in the case.
