EXCLUSIVE: The Capitol Hill Tapes ( 41,000 hours of U.S. Capitol Police surveillance video )

The Epoch Times was given access to tens of thousands of hours of U.S. Capitol Police security video of Jan. 6, 2021. Join Epoch TV host Joshua Philipp and senior investigative reporter Joe Hanneman for a special Aug. 11 report that will lay out their findings.

The dramatic footage helps answer some of the many questions that remain two-and-a-half years after the events of Jan. 6.

It's going to change narratives, no matter what your political perspective. Sometimes accepted narratives on the right are going to be debunked by it. Other long contended situations pushed by the left may also be debunked. But what we're after is the truth, no matter which side of the political spectrum it's on.

We want to get a big picture, we want to understand how things developed, how violence developed in any trends that we might see. And, you know, clearly, this is worth digging into more, because we still only have a partial picture.

This is going to be of great interest to people who are are still being prosecuted, and quite frankly ones who have had their cases adjudicated that they weren't presented a piece of evidence that could have changed the outcome. So those are all questions they're going to have to wrestle with as more of this footage gets out.

What this does is it puts a lot of those things in context, things that the January 6 Committee didn't show.

A three-month investigation by The Epoch Times of 41,000 hours of U.S. Capitol Police surveillance video has uncovered dramatic footage that in many cases challenges longstanding narratives about what took place on Jan. 6, 2021.

Since late April, the newspaper has analyzed hundreds of hours of video that was previously hidden from public view.

The first results of this ongoing investigation are presented in an Epoch TV Special Report with host Joshua Philipp and senior investigative reporter Joe Hanneman.
